CRITERIA & SUGGESTIONS
 For Submitting Photos to The View  
· Cell phones pictures need to be high resolution and emailed directly to Associa. 
· Avoid reducing data size of photos to email and avoid copy-and-pasting them. A cell phone photo emailed directly to publisher/ASN will be high resolution-size 
if sent at high resolution, and the phone email will ask.  
· Cover photos should be high quality, nothing blurry, recommend 
no people, use JPG file, (no prints)
Vertical orientation provides more room to fit the photo. 
(Consider the masthead and words on the front cover.)  
· Subject matter: Best bet is ArrowCreek lifestyle, golf course, views, amenities; hiking trails, etc. 
· For content/article photos, be mindful of the background. Avoid clutter. 
Document the entire event. 
Try to get photos throughout an event: arrival; when people are wandering and 
chatting; during the meal (or meeting or presentation); and at the end.
· Any faces shown in a photo must include permission to print with the submission.
