ADRC Applications
Any exterior modification to a structure and or landscaping requires ADRC written approval prior to the start of the project.
ADRC approval is not required if you are doing maintenance/refreshing and not making any changes to existing home exterior including landscaping.
Projects requiring ADRC approval must be submitted by 4:00 PM twelve (12 ) days prior to the meeting date
(two Fridays before).
Plans must be submitted in hard copy and dropped off at the Associa offices by the deadline as well as in electronic format as a PDF file, and attached to an email to acservice@associasn.com. Please refer to the specific application for submittal requirements.

Table of Fees
New Home Construction/Landscaping or Major Exterior Remodels/Additions - Valuation of $100,000 Or Greater
Please review the ADRC guidelines in detail. Plans must be submitted by an Nevada Licensed Architect or ArrowCreek approved Residential Designer.
More than three reviews are subject to additional fees. Familiariarity with the guidelines will avoid additional fees and submissions.
Submit 3 full size sets (24 X 36) of the required plans as indicated below (new construction plans must be ‘wet sealed’ by a Nevada Licensed Architect-digital signature is acceptable). Plans must also be submitted in electronic format (One pdf file as an attachment) emailed to ACservice@associasn.com). Links, CD’s, Thumb Drives are not acceptable. Material samples must be marked with property address and/or lot #.
The electronic plan submittal, to include plans pictures, color board, color folder, narratives, etc., must be emailed in PDF format and match the hard copy submittal exact.
In addition three sets of hard copies with material samples (if applicable) and fees are also required and must be delivered to the Associa Sierra North office.
Exterior Remodels/Additions And/Or Landscaping- Valuation $50,000-$100,000
Please Refer to Pages 1-2 to the ADRC Guidelines for additional Submittal Fees and Deposit requirements.
Depending on the scope of the project a Nevada Licensed Architect or ArrowCreek approved Residential Designer and/or landscape professional may be required .

Minor Exterior Changes/Upgrades To Structure Or Landscaping - Valuation Less Than $50,000
Plans must be submitted……. When applicable. OR plans for structural may require…… (Most of these minor projects probaby will not require an architect)

This is for lessor projects with final value less than $50,000.

Exterior Paint Change
- Home exterior paint change requires ADRC Approval.
- Exterior paint now has a review fee and a refundable deposit, (refer to Table of Fees) so the submittal can no longer just be emailed in, it must be delivered hard copy with checks.
- Submittal must include, application, pictures, paint colors. Live paint samples must be submitted to the Associa Office.
