ARROWCREEK HOA TENNIS COURT RESERVATION SYSTEM

 

Dear ArrowCreek Residents,

 

Due to homeowner demand ACHOA will be instituting a tennis reservation system for two of the three tennis courts started Wednesday, 5/18/22. The three tennis courts are numbered with signage at the entrance, and court three will remain open for free play. Tennis court reservations can be made through Playtomic (https://playtomic.io) on your computer or by downloading the app to your android or apple device.

 

To register you will need to give your name, email and phone number.

 

Once you have registered select bookings and enter ArrowCreek HOA (it is not case sensitive) into the search bar and it will populate as a club. After you have entered the ArrowCreek HOA club site you will see the option to select a date, time and court 1 or 2 for reservation. Follow the prompts to book a court and you will receive an email confirmation. There is no cost associated with reserving a court.

 

Please be aware of the following tennis court rules:

·      Courts may only be reserved by a Resident.

·      A Resident must accompany guest(s) at all times.

·      Residents are reminded that the number of invited guests should not burden the facilities capacity to the exclusion of other Residents.

·      Courts are for the use of Residents and their guests only.

 

To reserve a court visit Playtomic (https://playtomic.io): 

·      You can book up to 5 days in advance. 

·      60 minutes or 90 minutes depending on singles or doubles play.

·      No more than 1 reservation per 24 hour period.

·      Reservations can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance if not being used. 


PLEASE, be courteous and remember to enter your cancellation should that occur so that the court can be opened up for others to use.

If you need to cancel go to your profile page and select my bookings. Click on the date/time you want to cancel and you will receive an email confirming cancellation.
