President
Retired executive in consumer electronics and green tech. Moved to ArrowCreek in 2018. Licensed private pilot.
Margaret McConnell
Vice President
Reno native, healthcare professional, BS Nursing + MA Counseling. Active tennis, pickleball, and golf player.
Mike Henry
Secretary
Moved to ArrowCreek in 2021 with wife Tasha. Retired from high-tech business. Enjoys skiing, mountain biking, paddleboarding.
Jed Daoust
Treasurer
General Contractor who designs and builds homes in Reno, Truckee and around Lake Tahoe.
Paul Burkett
Director
Resident since 2001. Career in insurance underwriting, brokerage, and risk management. 17+ years on ArrowCreek boards.
Dave Brooks
Director
Moved to ArrowCreek 5 years ago from Central Valley CA with wife Tammy. Career in home construction and remodeling.
Kendrick Bratcher

Career in financial services and banking. MBA from UNR. 6+ years on Budget & Finance Committee, developed the first balanced budget.
