ACHOA Golf Cart
Rules & Regulations

Golf carts are required to operate on ArrowCreek Parkway combination paths (orange lines) and not drive on ArrowCreek Parkway itself, with the exception of HOA and Club utility carts. All other streets: carts must operate on the roadway near the right side, not on walking paths. Cart drivers must stop and yield to pedestrians on combination paths. Drivers must be 14 years of age or older. Drivers ages 14-16 cannot carry passengers except family members. Occupancy must not exceed designed seating capacity. After dark, carts require headlamps, taillamps, stop lamps, and rearview mirrors. Owners must register their cart with Security for sticker application.
